Who it’s for

Estate sale inventory from phone photos

Photograph the house room by room. Cataloger groups the photos into items and drafts each one with an estimate and its sources, so you can see which pieces need a closer look.

15 free credits, no card needed.

Shoot room by room

Take the photos on your phone and add them a room at a time. iPhone HEIC photos are converted to JPEG as they're added, so there's nothing to export first. You don't rename anything either. Group with AI (beta) proposes which photos show the same piece, up to 250 photos per run, and you accept or fix each group.

On a phone, the review list opens each item in place, so you can check drafts while you're still in the house.

Find what deserves a closer look

Every item gets an estimate. With research on, each one also gets a note on what moves the value: up to three details that change the price, like original packaging or a maker's mark, with a range for each case and where to check.

When nothing comparable turns up, the draft says so. You get a cautious range and the reason, not a confident number.

A spreadsheet for the family

The Excel export carries every field, including the research report and its sources, so the family or the estate's lawyer can see how each estimate was reached. Your internal notes stay out of every export.

Estimates are indications, not appraisals. If the estate needs a formal appraisal, that is still a job for a certified appraiser.

Selling online or on site

For an online sale, download the file for HiBid or Wavebid. Pieces that suit a store can go to Shopify as draft products. Starting bids and prices come from a rule you set, never from the AI.

What a whole house costs

One credit per item, and failed items are refunded. Business is $100 a month for 1,000 credits. If you only run a few sales a year, credit packs don't expire, so nothing is lost between houses.
